2016 haben wir Finca Can Llop renoviert und modernisiert. Seit 2016 vermieten wir unser Haus an Sommergäste, die sich mit vielen guten Bewertungen bei uns bedanken. Während der Herbst- und Wintermonate leben wir selbst auf der Finca und renovieren und erneuern weiter.

2016 we renovated Finca Can Llop to make it a contemporary and modern vacation home with nothing to spare. As of 2016 we also have rented the house to many guests from many countries. All of our guests have praised their stay and have given us very favorable reviews. During the fall and winter months we live on the premises ourselves and continue to improve our vacation villa.

Das Ferienhaus Finca Can Llop liegt im noch ursprünglichen Süden Mallorcas. Das weitgehend flache Land ist mit asphaltierten Wirtschaftswegen durchzogen, auf denen man sehr gut und entspannt schöne Radtouren machen kann. Es gibt dort sehr wenig Autoverkehr.

You rental villa lies in the still very quiet South of the island Mallorca. The chalet is surrounded by flat terrain with plenty of agricultural and secondary small roads - most of them paved, with very little to no car traffic. An ideal location for diverse bicycle tours.

- 4 cl Gin
- 8-12 cl Tonicwasser / tonic water
- Zitrone oder Limette / lemon or lime
- Eiswürfel / ice

Einfache Küche für Finca Mieter / Easy cooking when renting a villa

Einfache Küche, schnell und gesund, wenn man Selbstversorger ist. / Quick, easy to make and very healthy when providing for yourself.

Frischer Sommersalat / Fresh summer dish: Trampó Mallorquin

3 reife Tomaten / mature tomatoes
2 grüne Paprika / green bell peppers
1 weiße Zwiebel / white onion
Olivenöl / olive oil virgen extra
Salz / salt

Alle Zutaten klein würfeln. Mit Öl und Salz mischen und abschmecken. Kühl servieren. ❄️
Variationen: auch mit etwas Essig abschmecken oder Thunfisch zugeben.

Dice all ingredients and toss with olive oil and salt to taste. Serve chilled. Variations: add some vinegar or even some tuna.

Wir, die Eigentümer leben 6 Monate im Jahr auf dem Anwesen und sorgen dafür, dass alles gut funktioniert und alle notwendigen Haushaltsgeräte und Bedarfsgegenstände vorhanden sind. Dies unterscheidet uns von vielen anderen Ferienhäusern, die fremdverwaltet sind und nur der Ferienvermietung dienen. / Finca Can Llop provides everything you need to have a perfect time during holidays. We, the owners live there during 6 months of the year and we make sure that alle necesities and amenieites are fully functional and in good working order. This differs us from many other vacation homes which are managed by 3rd parties and which only serve the purpose to be rented to vacation guests.
